High Jewelry Excellence

The GEM Award for High Jewelry Excellence is awarded to a brand for excellence in high jewelry design. The award is given to a company for a collection or series of collections that increase consumer demand for high jewelry.

Artist and Jeweler Ana Khouri first studied Fine Arts specializing in Sculpture. While Khouri has been working on jewelry projects since 2002, she officially opened her New York salon in 2013.

Ana first exhibited her work in a solo exhibition - showcasing her high jewelry work alongside her sculptures which have always served as a study for the jewelry - at Phillips Auction House New York and London in 2018 and 2019. In 2021 she had her first solo exhibition at Sotheby’s New York and after that, in other Sotheby locations, as well as several Museums worldwide. Her last solo exhibition was held at Christie's Auction House Paris in 2023 during Haute Joaillerie week. Ana has also exhibited her work at TEFAF New York Art Fair in 2022, 2024 and 2025.

Khouri’s one-off High Jewelry work is shown exclusively at her salon in New York. Ana’s numbered limited-edition pieces are also exhibited at The Row worldwide. Her jewelry is made exclusively with 18K Fairmined Gold, platinum, and ethically and responsibly sourced gemstones.
