David Yurman GEM Awards Grant Application
The David Yurman GEM Awards grant was created to support and foster an emerging fine jewelry designer who has been in business for at least three years and shows exceptional promise but lacks the necessary resources to advance their brand. The selected Grant Recipient will receive a one-time financial award of $50,000 and have the opportunity to participate in mentoring meetings with executives at David Yurman, as well as consultative meetings with other industry executives.
If selected as a finalist, the jewelry designer must travel to NYC in January 2026 to present in person to the David Yurman GEM Awards Grant Selection Committee. The Grant Recipient will be announced at the 24th annual GEM Awards on Friday, March 13, 2026 at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.
Criteria for the David Yurman GEM Awards Grant
- The jewelry designer must submit for the David Yurman GEM Awards Grant
- Designer must demonstrate unique talent in jewelry design and a solid business plan for expansion
- Lack the resources to fully develop their fine jewelry line
- Have operated their own jewelry design company for at least three years
- Be based and manufacture in the United States of America
- Only fully completed nominations will be accepted and considered.
