Criteria for Nominations

Accepting nominations of a retailer, online or brick-and-mortar, who specializes in selling fine jewelry and/or watches. This award recognizes the companies who are using innovative strategies to create positive change to how jewelry and/or watches are sold. The retailer may be recognized for their excellence in e-commerce, technological advancements, in-store experience, digital applications, or any combination thereof. The body of work eligible for consideration is September 1, 2024 – present.

• Only fully completed nominations will be accepted and considered.

By submitting a nomination for the GEM Award for Retail Innovation, the submitting party affirms that all individuals and/or representatives from the nominated company have been informed of the submission and fully consent to being considered for this award. If selected as one of the three official nominees, all parties from the submitted company agree to publicly accept the nomination. The GEM Award for Retail Innovation will name three nominees, from which one winner will be selected by an independent voting panel comprised of industry professionals. Submission of this nomination confirms understanding of and agreement with these terms.
