To submit your company for consideration for the 2027 GEM Award for Retail Innovation, complete the form below by July 31, 2026. Three nominees will be honored and one winner will be announced live at the GEM Awards gala on March 12, 2027.

This award recognizes the companies who are using innovative strategies to create positive change to how jewelry and/or watches are sold.

Criteria for Nominations

• The retailer (online or brick-and-mortar) must specialize in selling fine jewelry and/or watches for the GEM Award for Retail Innovation nomination. The retailer may be recognized for their excellence in e-commerce, technological advancements, in-store experience, digital applications, or any combination thereof.
• The body of work eligible for consideration is January 1, 2026 – present.
• Only fully completed nominations will be accepted and considered.
